Can I take this course at my own pace?
Yes. While we recommend completing one module per week to maintain momentum and build strong habits, you have full access to the materials and can work through them at a pace that suits your season of life.
Is this meant for individuals or groups?
Both! The training is highly effective for individual study, but we strongly encourage going through it with a small group, mentorship pair, or ministry team to maximize the discussion and practical application.
Do the Youth and Adult tracks have different schedules?
The core pacing is the same, but the discussion guides and application steps are tailored to your specific life stage. You'll complete the same foundational lessons regardless of which track you choose.
